  2.Open the CATPart
  3.The Part and Annotation Set are requiring an
  update
  4.Upon update, the value for Linear Size.1 is
  changing from 1.3937 to .3937
  .
  Expected result
  .
  After update the value should not be changed to
  0.3937.

  Incident Diagnosis
  Semantic dimension created in user data uses a
  fake dimension value.
  Fake mode is ignored for semantic dimension.
  During update of the CATPart, the semantic
  dimension does not keep the fake value.

  Restriction Explanation.
  A fake value should not be applied to a semantic
  dimension. Purpose semantic dimension is not to
  provide fake values.
  .
  User has to create a non semantic dimension in
  order to define a fake value.
  .
