HD82042: PST ARCHIVING SOMETIMES FAILS WITH WINDOWS SOCKET ERROR CODE 10054 (CONNECTION RESET BY PEER.)

Error description

• When you specified the hostname of the CommonStore server for
  the parameter -CSServer, processing sometimes failed. In
  contrast, specifying the IP address was successful.
  
  This may be caused by the fact that the PST archiving tool
  tried to reuse an existing socket communication and failed.
  
  Starting with this interim fix, the PST archiving tool has
  been changed to initialize the communication to the CommonStore
  Server at startup and not try to reuse an existing socket
  communication.
