HD82012: UNABLE TO IMPORT EXTERNAL SYSTEM FROM SPECIFIC XML FILE

Error description

• Unable to import External System from specific
  XML file
  SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA V5R18
  2. Goto Electrical Wire Routing
  3. Key in 'c:select external systems' via power
  input
  4. Select 'BH_XML_V4__0202_02' and then click
  right arrow
  5. Click OK to exit 'System Selection' dialog box
  -> This is normal. You can check that by
  using 'c:manage links'
  6. Key in 'c:select external systems' again
  7. Select 'BH_XML_V5__0202_02' and then click
  right arrow
  8. Click OK
  RESULT
  The following error message is reported when
  importing External System.
  "Failed to load one of the selected systems"
  EXPECTED RESULT
  V5 XML should be successfully imported as external
  system.

  message after clicking OK, please check for the
  following in the External System XML file
  There should not be any duplicated ID
  Diameter & bend radius value for wire should not
  be negative
  Opening and closing of all TAGS in XML file should
  be proper.
