  SCENARIO:
  1) Open any MO activity. Such as Sweeping,  you
  can see the ?ConicalMill? comment when End Mill
  icon was selected.
  The NG CASE
  1) Run ?Import/List Tools? command. Select ?End
  Mill? icon also. You can?t see the comment.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Tooltip comments in IMPORT tools command.
