Error description

  • Solidworks drawing switches to second sheet in
    viewer
    THe following scenario was reprodcued by me as
    well, in R18 SP7 and
    viewer 19.3.
    have a drawing (enclosed) from a customer that I
    can reproduce the
    following issue with :
    1. Open drawing / part
    2. Solidworks save
    3. Close Solidworks
    4. Open file in Solidworks.
    5. Defaults to first sheet.
    6. Close solidworks.
    7. Open drawing in solidworks.
    8. Smarteam save/check-in
    9. Check the drawing in the viewer - DEFAULTS TO
    SECOND SHEET.
    10. Copy the drawing to the work folder.
    11. Open in Solidworks - DEFAULTS TO SECOND
    SHEET.
    ONCE THE DRAWING IS VIEWED IN THE VIEWER,
    IT BEGINS TO DEFAULT TO
    SECOND SHEET FROM THEN ON. This could be a
    regression - I tried with a
    different drawing in R17, it worked fine.

Problem conclusion

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON SMARTEAM
    V5R19SP05 LEVEL.
    Validated on R19 SP05 with SolidWorks 2008 SP05
    .
