    SCENARIO:
    1. Open attached IGES file.
    2. Click on Fit to screen option
    .
    PROBLEM:
    Only points and 2 curves are visible. Surface
    imported in Geometry Fails and Curve imported by
    name BSC000CA is not correct form.

    One of the edge of the loop is wrongly positioned:
    its 2D geometry is superposed with the geometry
    of other Edge of the loop, which should not be. 2D
    geometry should be
    found on the left side (u=0) of the first subdivision
    CATSurface, instead is on right side. The cause of
    this misplacment is due to 12 Projection failures
    .
    Presently, IGES Import is performed in SplitSurf
    mode, which is the good one. IGES engine M2V5
    import code, do not provide loop orientation
    information, hence do not clearly deal with closed
    surfaces geometries. In order to get the required
    quality in IGES / CATIA imports better
    management of loop orientation is needed. The
    IGES surface in this scenario is represented by 3
    CATNurbsSurface, instead of 2 canonical surfaces,
    which is the "usual" scheme of surface split
    performed on closed surfaces coming from IGES.
    .
    Present, IGES import algorithm for closed surfaces
    (orientation reversing combined with 2D geometry)
    are developed for 'standard' surface split cases
    based on 2 canonical CATSurface, and not on 3
    CATNurbsSurface.
    .
    New development is needed to improve treatment
    of closed surfaces. This involves modifying the
    specification of the algorithm.
