• Compo Design / Limit Contour / Can not select

  1)Open the CATPart
  2) Expand tree object Stacking(Engineering),
  expand tree object
  Plies Group.1.
  3) In workbench Composite Design (CPD) select
  Insert/Plies/Limit Contour. In the Limit Contour
  Window open the Multi Selection Window for entity.
  4) Select from the tree Sequence.2 and
  Sequence.3.
  In the Multi Selection Window
  Sequence.2 is listed only, Sequence.3 cannot be
  selected.
  Expected result:
  It should be possible to select Sequence.2 and
  Sequence.3

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R19SP04
  Incident Diagnosis
  The Limit Contour command did not accept two
  different sequences if the their constituent plies
  had the same name.
  .
  Correction Explanation
  Previously, comparison to check if a selected
  entity for limit contour already existed was
  carried by means of name comparison.
  Now, code has been modified to check for spec
  objects thereby ensuring plies with same name but
  under different sequences are added to the
  multi-selection dialog box of the limit contour
  without any duplications.
