HD79433: THE CUSTOMIZED SHORT CUT KEY DOES NOT WORK CONSISTENTLY.

Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA
  2. From Generative Sheet Metal workbench, click
  on XY plane, enter into
  Sketcher workbench, create two lines with
  intersection, trim using shortcut key (F6), and exit
  from Sketcher.
  3. From Part Design workbench, click on YZ plane,
  enter into Sketcher workbench, create two lines
  with intersection, trim using shortcut key (F6), and
  exit from Sketcher.
  4. From Generative Shape Design workbench, click
  on ZX plane, enter into Sketcher workbench,
  create two lines with intersection, trim using
  shortcut key (F6), and exit from Sketcher.
  5. From Generative Sheet Metal workbench, click
  on YZ plane, enter into Sketcher workbench, create
  two lines with intersection, and trim using shortcut
  key (F6).

  OBSERVATION:
  The customized Short Cut key does not work in
  Sketcher workbench

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R19SP04
  Incident Diagnosis
  Short-cut key is not removed during workbench
  shift and during workshop switch only current
  active workbench context is cleared because of
  this use of same short-cut key between different
  workshop not working properly.
  .
  Correction Explanation:
  In workshop switch views for all workbenches in
  current active workshop are cleared which removes
  short-cut key for all commands in all workbenches
  in current workshop.
  After the correction the shortcut key is not
  removed and is operated through all the workshops.
  .
