  1) Start CATIA
  2) Drag and drop any CATPart to CATIA.
  Drag and drop error message displayed-
  CATPart file cannot be accessed.
  3) Dabble click on CATPart. Same Drag & Drop
  Error appears.
  4) Right click on the Part and choose open with
  Internet Explorer
  5) Click Open on the File Download dialog box.

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R19SP03 AND ON V5R18SP08
  Incident Diagnosis:CATPart open in CATIA after
  right click on CATPart /Open with / Internet
  explorer while using DLName document
  enviornment.

  Correction Explanation:
  This problem was occuring on reported level
  because Authorization check was not provided.
  Now check has been provided so that correct
  message is displayed when MB3 on CATPart / Open
  with / Internet explorer using DLName document
  enviornment.
