• DRAFTING(GENDRAFT) / VIEWS MISSING IN
  SPECIFICATION TREE AND CAN NOT BE SELECTED
  IN THE SHEET.

  SCENARIO:
  .
  1. Launch CATIA.
  2.Open the CATDrawing and the CATPart.
  3.In the CATDrawing , go to Sheet 3.
  .
  OBSERVATION:
  .
  4. It is seen that there are Views in the Sheet , but
  the Specification Tree does not have the views.
  5. It is not possible to select the Views .
  6. Go to Edit /Links
  All the Views are listed, but no views in the
  Specification tree.
  7. If CATDUA is Run then all the Views are deleted.
  .
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  .
  1.The views should be selected from the Drawing
  2. The Missing views should be seen in the
  Specification Tree.
  3. CATDUA functionality in CATIA R19 to repair the
  inconsistency and recreate that the missing view
  .

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  .
  VIEWS MISSING IN SPECIFICATION TREE
  AND NOT SELECTABLE IN THE SHEET.
  .
  EXPLANATION:
  .
  The CATDrawing document is quite heavily
  corrupted, and some views contained in a
  sheet are not seen in the specifications tree.
  As document is corrupted, CATDUAV5
  cleaner tool when applied on the
  document : it will destroy the corrupted
  views. There is no other solution as
  of today.
