  SCENARIO:
  1) Start CATIA.
  2) Open 070231.CATPart.
  3) Create icon for "Switch to Geometrical Set".
  3.1) Select "Tools\Customize\Toolbars\New".
  3.2) Click ok. A new toolbar is created.
  3.3) Now click "Customize\Commands".
  3.4) Select "All Commands" in "Categories List"
  3.5) Drag and Drop "Switch To Geometrical Set"
  from "Commands" list to the new toolbar created in
  step 3.3.
  3.6) Click "Close" button.
  4) Click "Switch To Geometrical Set" icon.
  5) Now try to select "Ordered Geometrical Set.2"
  or "Ordered Geometrical Set.1" from the
  specification tree.
  6) The elements cannot be selected. This is the
  problem.

  OBSERVATION:
  Ordered Geometrical sets cannot be selected if
  the "Switch To Geometrical Set"

• THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Ordered geometrical set cannot be selected
  when "Switch to Geometrical Set" command is
  active.

  RESTRICTION EXPLANATION:
  The operation cannot be performed since there are
  other impacts of this scenario. For example if the
  user activates the command and then selects a set
  other than Ordered Geometrical Set then the end
  results are not guaranteed.
  .
  Also, even those selections that were not allowed
  to be converted earlier (For example, a ordered
  geometrical set under another ordered geometrical
  set in specification tree) will be able to be
  converted, making the command behaviour
  unstable. Thus, selection of Ordered Geometrical
  Search should always preceed the command
  launch from toolbar.
