  PROBLEM SCENARIO:
  1. Open Catia.
  2. Open part w/b.
  3. Draw a sketch on any plane and return to part
  w/b.
  4. Click on Pad command, while the sketch is
  selected.
  5. Pad definition window will be displayed. Press F1
  key.
  6. Online Documentation will be opened. Now close
  the online documentation.
  7. Click ok for the pad. Now double click the pad to
  open the pad definition window.
  8. Press F1 key. Online Documentation will be
  opened. Now close the online documentation.
  9. Click the fillet command and select any edge on
  the Part(Pad). Fillet definition window will be
  displayed. Press F1 key.
  10. Online Documentation will be opened. Now
  close the online documentation.
  11. Click ok for the fillet. Now double click the fillet
  to open the fillet definition window.
  12. Press F1 key. Online Documentation will not be
  opened. This is the problem.

  Incident Diagnosis:
  While editing a part design feature, the help
  documentation does not open, when F1 key is
  pressed.

  Correction Explanation
  Launching Help Documentation while editing a part
  design feature was not taken into consideration in
  algorithm. The algorithm has been modified due to
  which now Help documentation can be invoked
  while editing all part design features.
