  SCENARIO:
  1. Open CATIA and activate the DRM management
  (Tools-Options-General-Digital Right Management)
  2. Give rights only to the current user
  3. Open and save a 3DXML file (with rights only for
  the current user )
  4. Close CATIA
  5. Logoff and login with another user
  6. Open the encrypted 3DXML file
  .
  PROBLEM:
  It gives a wrong error message: This 3DXML file
  does not contain Review data.

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION V5R21 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R20 SP6.
