HD76863: A UTC TIMESTAMP IS USED WHEN THE STUB TEXT FILE IS USED

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A UTC timestamp is used when the stub text file is used. If the
stub text file is not used, the local timestamp is used.

Problem summary

  • ARCHIVING TIMESTAMP SHOWS UTC TIME WHEN USING A STUB-TEXT
    DEFINITION-FILE

Problem conclusion

  • When you created and used a customized stub-text
definition-file, the archiving timestamp in the message stub
showed universal coordinated time (UTC) instead of local time.

Starting with this interim fix, the local time is shown by the
archiving timestamp. Existing message stubs are not converted.
To correct the timestamp, you need to retrieve and restub the
    message.
