• PROBLEM  WITH P4 TOOL COMPENSATION IN CUT
  OFF OPERATION
  Scenario:-
  1) Open the provided CATPROCESS
  2) Do the toolpath simulation on the first
  operation ?Profile finish Turning? it is OK
  3) Change tool compensation from P3 to P9 it is OK
  4) Select P4 compensation
  Result: P4 compensation is computed on left part
  of the tool
  Expected Result: P4 compensation should be
  computed on right part of the tool
  .

  INCIDENT DAIGNOSIS:-
  The problem was caused due to the fix provided
  for another problem
  CORRECTION EXPLANATION: -
  The fix that was provided for the earlier problem  is
  now allowed only for a multi-slide lathe
  machine.Due to which the problem reported in this
  scenario is avoided
