Error description

  • ABSTRACT:MEASURE ITEM DISAPPEARS ON THE
    GEOMETRY AREA WHEN "HIDE/SHOW WAS
PERFORMED AT THE INERTIA OF MEASURE ITEM.
    SCENARIO
    0) Start CATIA V5R18SP5.
    1) Open the file : "D00469.CATPart".
    Workbench : "Generative Shape Design".
    2) Select "View" > "Tree Expansion" , "Expand First
    Level" by menu bar.
(Please confirm that the items other than inertia
are displayed on the geometry area.)
    3) Click MB3 on "InertiaVolume.1" of the tree.
    4) Select "Hide/Show" by context menu. All
measure items disappears on the geometry area.
    This is problem.
    .
In the case of R18SP5, the display does not return,
even if "Hide/Show" is performed repeatedly on
    the "InatiaVolume.1". This is problem.
(It returns in the case of R17SP3.)
RESULT: All measure items disappears on the
geometry area when "Hide/Show" was performed
at the inertia of measure item.
    EXPECTED RESULT:
All measure items should keep display on the
geometry area when "Hide/Show" was performed
    at the inertia of measure
item. Or, if this behavior is restriction, the display
should be returned by repetition of "Hide/Show" on
the inertia item as in R17SP3.

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE
    20 GA level.
NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R19SP02
    Incident Diagnosis
All measure items disappears by the 'Hide/Show' of
    inertia
    Correction Explanation
Hide/Show of measure Inertia should be non
    reactive.
This has been handled correctly now.
