Error description

  • Scenario:
- log to 3dcom with 3dcom user/password
- go to VPM Web Access
- start VPM connection with wrong User ID and / or
Password
- 3dcom replies back with "Could not get Database
connection : ??.
Action : Correct and try again".
- start VPM connection with correct User ID and / or
Password, but the password has expired
- 3dcom replies back with "Could not get Database
connection : ??.
Action : Correct and try again"
Problem:
Error messages are not consistent.
Required result:
The user gets the following messages in VPM V4 :
-Password is wrong, please try again
-User doesn't exist in the database
-Or the user password has expired
.
