Error description

• V5R17SP5 RADE DMC - Publish to database does not create new
  custom tables for new custom objects
  .
  Scenario
  1. This is subsequent to PMR 54097
  .
  2. Opened to correct a issue seen when publishing DMC in R18SP3
  .
  2.a. The issue reported is:
     In R18SP3 with Rational 7, the custom tables are now created
     correctly for subsequent custom data domains created in a
     single workspace, but the rdbentitymapping table is not
     updated appropriately to use the custom tables.
  .
  3. So, DS action is only to check the DMC publish problem,
     where it is mentioned that RDBEntityMapping table is not
     getting updated for custom entries.
  .
  Point 3 is the action for DS to investigate through this PMR.
  .
  1. The problem is tested on V5R18SP3 level
  .
  2. Tested by doing a fresh publish to a blank R18SP3 database
  .
