• Scenario :
  1- File / Open the CATDrawing file
  Note Drawing was created in R17SP5 using ANSI.
  2- Select File / Page Setup
  3- Select ASME, JIS, ISO or any other Standard
  The window 'Standard Change or Update' is
  displayed : select OK
  4- Select 'Letter' for Sheet Style.
  5- Click OK for Page Setup window.
  Result:
  White shadow created in filled area In front of
  Leader arrow.
  Expected Result:
  Area fill remains filled with Leader arrow having no
  effect on pervious visual appearance.

• Incident Diagnosis
  Standard is upgraded to V5R18 level, hence
  benefiting of new V5R18 functionalities. Among
  them is the capability for annotation's leader
  symbol to blank filled area and geometry (please
  see 'Annotation Blanking' in the 'What's New'
  section of V5R18 documentation to get access to
  the relevant documentation section).
  Correct Application
  Upgrade to a standard which parameter "Blank
  Background / Around Symbol / Activated" is set to
  No.
  In 'Annotation Blanking', it is written : "The
  administrator can customize the annotation
  blanking properties in blank background (Tools /
  Standards / Drafting /  standard name  /
  Annotations / Blank Background)."
