  5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
  THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 19 SP01 LEVEL.
  Incident Diagnosis:
  IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLACE AXIS SYSTEM FOR
  DRAFT FEATURE.

  Correction Explanation:
  The code for replacing planes/axes that belong to
  a 3D Axis System did not exist.
  Its put in place now. Problem for both Neutral
  element and Pulling direction has been corrected.
  .
  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  Pease note that the problem will also be fixed on
  R19SP01 level.
