VISUALIZATION: IMAGE CAPTURE: PIXEL MODE SETTING NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT . SCENARIO: 0) Start CATIA 1) Open a new CATPart 2) Go to Tools/Image/Capture 3) In Capture window - select Pixel mode - select Options 4) In Capture Options window click tab: Pixel - set Rendering Quality = Custom - select More button 5) Window Image Size - move slider Resolution to increase resolution 6) Select OK twice, to close the option windows 7) Repeat step 03 and re-check the settings - OK to close option windows. 8) In Capture window select the record button 9) In Capture Preview window - Save the picture as .bmp file 10) Now check the properties / file-info of your new generated .bmp file . PROBLEM: The user defined resolution setting is not kept. It has been reset to minimum during the image record command. .

THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 19 GA LEVEL. NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R18SP05 Incident Diagnosis: PIXEL MODE SETTING NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNTDURING IMAGE CAPTURE. . Correction Explanation: The resolution is now kept. It does not get reset during the image record command. .
