  Scenario.
  .
  1) Open Baloon.CATDrawing and multi select all
  five balloons by mouse.
  2) Select Tools/Positioning/Element Positioning and
  select Align to left in the Positioning dialog.
  Problem!
  All balloons are not aligned to the most left balloon
  .
  Expected Result
  .
  Balloons should be aligned to left when Positioning
  is done to left.

• Incident Diagnosis
  After aligning a group of balloon to the left,
  using 'Element positioning' command, the column of
  balloons is not positioned as far on the left as the
  initial balloon that was the far-most on the left.
  .
  Correct Application
  When aligning elements on the left, 'Element
  positioning' command first changes annotation
  anchor points to the left, to insure correct
  alignment to the left of elements that have
  different sizes (ex: balloons with variable frames
  and different font sizes, texts with different lenght
  strings, etc). Thus, the position of an element that
  was initialy having its anchor point in the middle
  may look slightly more on the right.
  Please note that the position of the column of
  balloons can be moved to the left if necessary,
  using the 'Move' section of 'Element positioning'
  command.
