1. Open the "V4.model".
2. Open the "Part1.CATPart".
3. Open the "Drawing1.CATDrawing".
4. Select the "Sheet.1" in the drawing and select
the "Copy" command from the contextual menu.
5. Change active window to "Part1.CATPart".
6. Select the "Sheet.1" in the drawing and select
the "Paste" command from the contextual menu.
CATIA abends. This is the problem.

Problem conclusion


    

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
5 RELEASE 19 GA level.
NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
ON V5R18SP03 AND ON V5R17SP08.

Incident Diagnosis
When trying to copy/paste a sheet from a
CATDrawing document to a Layout2DL component,
CATIA crashes.
.
Correction Explanation
The sheet cannot be copy/pasted to the Layout2DL
component (nothing should be done). CATIA does
not crash anymore.
