Comments
Incident Diagnosis License order not taken into account when requesting a license. . Correct Application No V5 documentation commits the fact that the license server order declared in i4ls.ini is followed when requesting a license. The user assumption is true, when the requested license is for a shareable product or a configuration referenced by its serial number. But this assumption is wrong when the requested license is for a configuration referenced by the "ANY" keyword. Indeed, "ANY" leads to contact all license servers in any case. And the selected serial number and license server is unpredictable. The documentation mentions following sentence focusing particularity on: "If you are interested in using a specific configuration, irrespective of the serial number, and you do not care which server serves the license, check the Any License option" .
