HD68016: IT CANNOT "FILE COPY" TO A "DBCS" FOLDER ON WEBEDITOR

Error description

• It cannot "file copy" to a "DBCS" folder on
  WebEditor
  Operation:
  Use a Japaneese environment because you need to
  create a folder with Japaneese characters.
  1. Create folder which contains double-byte
  character set  in a name (Japaneese)
  2. Set this folder as Default Working Folder
  by SMARTEAM File Explorer
  3. Start WebEditor
  4. Select any Check-In document
  5. Select "Copy file" from Actions menu
  OK
  6. Check copied document by File Explorer of
  WebEditor
  =====> It showed that the file size of all
  documents are 0KB
  7. Check real directory set by step2
  =====> Only "SMARTEAM-FileCatalog" is created.
