HD67864: COMPOSITES (COMPODSG) : PROBLEM WHEN CREATING LIMIT CONTOUR OF PLIES

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Composites (CompoDSG) : Problem when creating
  limit contour of plies
  .
  Scenario :
  1. Open the provided CATPart
  2. Select 'Plies creation from zones'
  3. Select 'create full plies and ETBS', 'generate
  staggering data file'. Click OK
  4. Edit the XL file and type 1mm as 'staggering
  value' for all the plies.
  Invert the steps order (ply.1 is step4, ply.2 is
  step3...Ply.5 is step0).
  All those steps are for ETBS.1 and ETBS.2.
  Save the XL file.
  5. Import the XL file (using 'limit contour using
  input file').
  6. Update the part
  Problem : Some limit contour haven't been created
  properly. There are some update errors.
  Expected result : All limit contour should have been
  created properly without any update error
  .
  Note : Limit contour creation also fails with 'ply
  from zones with taper' (it creates open plies)
  instead of 'full plies and ETBS'
  .
