  3. Select Edit / Sheet Background
  4. Create a line.
  5. Select Edit / Working Views.
  . Select Tools / Options / Mechanical Design /
  Drafting / Administration Tab and check
  on 'Prevent background view access '
  7. Select Edit / Search and click Search button.
  8. Double click a element which was created at
  step.4
  It changed to the background view. This is a
  problem
