Incident Diagnosis: The "Material" knwoledge parameter remains valuated to 'none' after deletion of the applied material. That status of the knowledge parameter is a valid one. It enables the user to re-apply a material later just by changing the value of the parameter from 'none' to 'brass' for instance. There is even an option in settings that enables to create all parts with a material parameter valuated to none. If that parameter disturbs the user he/she can use a setting to prevent its display in specification tree. After deleting a material that parameter cannot be removed as it may be used in formulas. . Correct Application: The knowledge parameter is kept and valuated to 'none' after material deletion . Documentation Reference: Real Time Rendering Customizing material / Material Parameters . .
