  2) Select Insert - Instantiate From Document.
  3) Open NUL-269-P.CATPart.
  = Warning Message is displayed.
  4) Click Use identical name in Insert Object
  window,
  = even if either Inside or After is selected as
  Destination, the feature is inserted in the same
  position on a tree.

  Incident Diagnosis:
  A Warning message is displayed when instantiating
  a Power Copy containing a Boolean Operation and
  its Operated Body.
  .
  Restriction Explanation:
  When instantiating the Power Copy, the destination
  where the components of the Power Copy will be
  inserted, is the current feature: the Part Body.
  All the components of the Power Copy are asked if
  they are authorized to be inserted at this
  location. Since you are not working in a Hybrid
  Body environment, the Boolean Operation does not
  aggregate the Operated Body and thus, there are 2
  components in the Power Copy: the Boolean
  Operation and its Operated Body.
  The Bolean Operation can be inserted without any
  problem inside the Part Body, but the operated
  body cannot be inserted indide the Part Body, that
  is why a warning message is displayed: it is
  explaining that the Body will be inserted at
  another location which is not the current feature.
  This is a R17 development. And the Operated Body
  is effectively inserted inside the Boolean Operation
  and not directly inside the Part Body.
  If you change the relative position to After, then
  a warning message is displayed, because this time,
  the Boolean Operation cannot be inserted after the
  Part Body, but the Operated Body can be inserted
  after the Part Body. Thus the instantiation is
  authorized but a warning message is displayed.
  Note that it is not the same as the one displayed
  with the Inside position. This time the message
  refers to the Boolean Operation.
  .
  No bypass: It is just a warning message, and it
  does not prevent the correct instantiation of the
  Power Copy. Please refer to Part Design Workbench
  documentation to know more about the Hybrid Body
  environment.
