Error description

  • SmarTeam WED cannot load CGR File into Dassault
CATIA Viewer
The scenario is following... (relevant file is
attached in this SR)
1. Start Web Editor
2. Save CATIA cgr file into SmarTeam.
3. Next Check it in.
4. Open viewer to view it.
5. The error message appeared when viewer load
the CGR file.
For example, the 042L Roof Assy wo Sun Jan-05
modified.CATPart.cgr
please see CATIA_web_viewer_problem_1.tif
Nothing is displayed.
More importantly, you can see the error message
saying
Error while loading :
042L+Roof+Assy+wo+Sun+Jan-05
modified.CATPart_3561_258.cgr
=>This indicates that SmarTeam thinks there is NO
space in the file name, but PLUS sign.
Actually, the file name of the cgr file contains
SPACE only.

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON SMARTEAM
VERSION 5 RELEASE 18 SP1 level.
NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
ON V5R17SP7.
