  2. Create new CATPart in CATIA V5
  3. Save to ENOVIA
  4. Search part in Part Editor
  5. Add Part to part tree
  6. Click Edit to modify Attributes
  7. Change Description
  8. Click OK
  .
  Actual Result:
  Error!! Information but apear with following
  description  "Cannot lock PartNumber!. It is locked
  by. But the part is allready locked by USER
  .
  Expected Result:
  User shold be able to change description without
  any error.
