  DMT tab disappear.

  Scenario
  1. Create a part and save it to ST
  2. Insert a part to new assembly and save
  assembly to ST.
  3. Check in from Assembly.
  4. Check ?keep local file? for assembly to keep
  assembly window open.
  After checkin assembly and part,
  5. Select a checked in part in DMT and perform
  right click [Open] menu.
  Part file is open
  6. Check out this only checked in part file.
  7. Close this checked out part file window.
  Back to assembly file window
