  COPY IS NOT CREATED COORECTLY
  Scenario
  1. File - Open CATPart
  2. Insert - Instantiate From Document
  File Selection dialog box is displayed
  3. Select Circle2.CATPart and click Open
  Insert Object dialog box is displayed
  4. Select xy plane, point, and then line
  5. Click OK
  Then Power Copy is created correctly
  6. Close the CATPart
  .
  7. File - Open CATPart
  8. Insert - Instantiate From Document
  Flie Selection dialog box is displayed
  9. Select Circle1.CATPart and click Open
  Insert Object dialog box is displayed
  10. Select xy plane, point, and then line
  11. Click OK
  Then the power copy is not created correctly
  Expected result: In both case, power copy should
  be created correctly

  Incident Diagnosis
  Algorithms which are used to update the
  sketch when the use-edges inputs were
  modified were enhanced in R15 level.
  New code only applies when the geometrical
  type of the use-edges does not change,
  which is not the case here (line becomes
  spline or nurbs curve).
  Development Request Justification
  It might be considered to allow users to
  create non canonical use-edges even if a
  line or a circle is selected, which would be
  helpfull to define template sketches in
  PowerCopy.
  Answer and By-Pass
  The PowerCopy should be defined using a
  non canonical curve instead of a line.
  Then the new algorithms should apply and
  succeed regardless of the positioning of the
  sketch.
