HD63538: INTEROP V4 V5 2D - INCORRECT CHARACTER DURING MIGRATION DRAWING CATIA V4 TO CATIA V5

Error description

• INTEROP V4 V5 2D - Incorrect character during
  migration drawing CATIA V4 to CATIA V5
  The problem occurs when User Interface Language
  of Customizing Options is English and the Regional
  Settings tab on Windows is Japanese.
  But the problem does not occur when the Regional
  Settings tab on Windows is English.
  Scenario:
  1. Start CATIA
  2. Copy the attached Project folder into C: drive.
  3. Tools/Options and set V4 Project file.
  4. Open DATUM_TOLERANCE.model.
  5. Open a new Drawing in JIS standard.
  6. Select *DRAFT TAB in V4 file and copy *DRAFT.
  7. Paste to the new Drawing.
  Problem!! DIT is missing in the paste result.
  Expected Result:
  V4 model should be migrated to V5 Drawing
  correctly.
