  Scenario:

  1) Create FlagNote annotation.
  2) Append URL on it.
  3) Execute SendTo command. It shows URL as
  dependent document.
  4) Double click that FlagNote, and delete URL.
  5) Execute SendTo command. It shows anonymous
  dependency.
  .
  Problem: Even after deleting the URL from Flag
  note , Send To Directory STILL shows anonymous
  link

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 18 GA level.

  Correction Explanation
  Ghost link was incorrectly shown. It is now fixed.
  The scenario mentioned in the APAR is working fine
  now.
  .
  Answer:
  After the correction, Problem solved for newly
  created Hyperlinks.
  .
  Limitation: For CATParts already having this Ghost
  link, it cannot be removed. To get the desired
  correction, delete the existing such Flag notes and
  re-create them on R18 level.
