Error description

• Drafting (GenDraft) / The position of a text cannot
  be set correctly with respect to Anchor point.
  .
  SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA R16SP2.
  2. Open the "T09389.CATDrawing" file.
  3. Double click the Table on Sheet.1.
  It changes to the condition that Table can be
  edited.
  4. In this Table, click the character of "ABC" by
  MB3, and select Properties from context menu.
  5. Select Text tab in the Properties panel.
  6. Change "Position/Anchor Point" to "Bottom
  Right."
  7. Click OK button.
  8. Text "ABC" is moved to bottom right.
  This is correct behavior.

  9. Start CATIA R17SP3.
  10. Please repeat the scenario of Step-2 to Step-7.
  11. Text "ABC" is moved to bottom center.
  This is a problem.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  In this case, Text "ABC" should be moved to
  bottom right. (CATIA should move Text according
  to directions of "Anchor Point.")

  Incident Diagnosis
  Previously 'Anchor point' and 'Justification' combo
  box were not correctly managed in text property
  tabpage for cells in a table. Actually behavior
  should be such that when anchor point is
  modified,justification must be refreshed and
  respectively.
  Correction Explanation
  If table is in edition then justification is refreshed
  when anchor point is modified and respectively.
