Error description

• Analysis (GSA) / Impose Mesh on specific point
  gives error : Imposed point is outside meshed
  geometry
  .
  Scenario
  1 - Open CATAnalysis.
  2 - Perform the calculation on mesh only :
  Observation : The calculation encounters no
  problem
  3 - Edit the mesh to exchange the imposed points :
  try to impose point 1193 instead of 1195.
  4 - Perform the calculation on mesh only.
  Observation : an error message is displayed and it
  is not possible to perform the mesh.
  Remarks
  Please note that the points were both created the
  same way (point on curve).
  Changing the size of the mesh does not solve the
  problem, so that there is no possibility to impose
  the mesh to have a node at this position.

  Reason
  It's a limit case of use of imposed point:
  point on curve confuse with a vertex of curve.
  it's already corrected since R17.
  A node is generated at this location but not
  associated with external point. hence there was
  error message on R16 level.
