  Incident Diagnosis
  The second part that is opened in session, either
  UPPER_CABINET.CATPart or LOWER_CAB.CATPart,
  cannot find the refered catalog
  SpdFunctionalStartups.CATfct.
  .
  Restriction Explanation
  The link to the CATfct is not exactly the same in
  both CATPart documents:
  UPPER_CABINET.CATPart refers to
  SPDFUNCTIONALSTARTUPS.CATfct, in capital
  letters, whereas LOWER_CAB.CATPart refers to
  SpdFunctionalStartups.CATfct, in small letters.
  The error occurs when loading the second CATPart
  in session, either UPPER_CABINET or LOWER_CAB,
  because the name of the pointed CATfct has been
  already put in cache memory, and is
  case-different. Actually, the file on disk has small
  letters. One may refer to a pointed document
  with a wrong case if the document is not a
  catalog. But concerning catalogs, the user is not
  allowed to change the case.

  By-Pass
  UPPER_CABINET.CATPart should be rebuilt, with the
  right SpdFunctionalStartups.CATfct.
