  AROUND CUMULATIVE DIMENSION ZERO.

  SCENARIO:
  .
  1. Launch CATIA.
  2. Modify following parameters (under Dimensions
  tab) in ANSI.xml standard file:
  Cumulate Dimension: Origin symbol shape = 0
  Cumulate Dimension: Display of origin zero =
  YES
  3. Create new drawing using modified standards.
  4. Create Front View
  5. Make sure 'Dimension system selection mode'
  icon is active.
  5. Place Cumulated Dimension system on front
  view (dimension system should display '0').
  6. Right-click one of the dimension value, select
  Properties.
  7. Click Text tab, select Frame: Rectangle, OK.
  8. Frame appears around all dimensions, but not
  the '0'.

  Text frame should appear around cummulative
  dimension zero.

  DEVELOPMENT REQUEST JUSTIFICATION:

  This evolution necessitates a big change in the
  dimension model. This evolution is under progress.
  The fact is that this restriction is buried pretty far
  into the model. It is also linked to many known
  limitations in the model.

  A Part of visualization of this model is inherited
  form the V4 visualization engine. This limitation
  comes from this engine. So there is a need to
  rebuild the whole engine that also mean redefining
  the whole model that was revolving around this
  engine, and doing this will take a lot of time.
