Error description
1. Start View server by selecting Start > Programs > Autovue SolidModel Client Server >Start Autoview Solid Model Server 2. run jvue.bat to launch stand alone application 3. open local dgn file, select file and print 4. select printer and high resolution and print drawing (note! you can not select printer paper sizes on a Xerox 8825, paper size says "Unknown" and always prints 8.5x11 no matter what form size is selected) 5. drawing prints perfect. 6. log into Web Navigator and search for drawing 7. run viewer and select file print 8. select printer and high resolution and print drawing 9. drawing prints perfect 1. stop the Autoview application 2. Start Autoview as a service from my computer > Manage 3. run jvue.bat to launch stand alone application 4. open dgn file, select file and print 5. select printer and high resolution and print drawing (note! you can not select printer paper sizes on a Xerox 8825, paper size says "Unknown"and always prints 8.5x11 no matter what form size is selected) 6. drawing prints as blank sheet of paper, no image 7. log into Web Navigator and search for drawing 8. run viewer and select file print 9. select printer and high resolution and print drawing 10. drawing prints as blank sheet of paper, no image Removed Software Autoview and Web Viewer, clean registry, reboot server and re-install with same results as above. .

Problem conclusion
This problem is fixed in Jvue 19.2. .
