  Scenario
  1) Start CATIA V5R16SP02.
  2) Open the file : "Prart1.CATPart".
  (Workbench : "PartDesign" )
  3) Check the Dimension of "Sketch.1"
  and "Sketch.2".
  >>"Sketch.1" has a Reference Dimension.
  >>"Sketch.2" has a Dimension.
  4) Open the file:"Drawing1.CATDrawing".
  (Workbench : "Drafting" )
  5) Zoon In the Drawing sheet.
  6) Click "Generate Dimensions" icon.
  >>"Generated Dimensions Analysis" dialog box is
  displayed.

  The number of Dimension is One.
  >>>This is the problem.
  7) Click "OK" button.

  "Reference Dimension" is not created.

  Development Request Justification
  When generating dimensions, only dimensions
  associated to 3d element seen in the view are
  created. Sometimes we are not able to detect that
  3d elements which are visualized in the view and
  that's why,by default, corresponding dimensions
  are not created. In this incident, we are not able to
  detect that the use-edges that are seen in the view.
  There is a need of an impacting and expensive
  development that cannot be done on R17 level.

  Answer and By-Pass
  Use the Dimension Generation Filters dialog box.
  Check the option "...associated with unrepresented
  elements", dimensions will be generated.
