Problem conclusion

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
    5 RELEASE 18 GA level.
    .
    Incident Diagnosis
Balloon creation only on one instance fails with the
option part number and instance name. Even if one
deactivates "Creation of a balloon for each
instance of a product", several balloons are
    generated (with part number/instance name
option) for the view in drawing
    .
    Correction Explanation
Earlier "Creation of a balloon for each instance of
a product" option was available only Numbering
    option in Tools/Option/Drafting/Annotation & Dress
Up - Section "Balloon Generation. Now its being
applied to options Part Number and Instance Name
    as well.
    Answer and By-Pass
    .
    Additional information
The correction is also available in V5R17 SP01 level.
