Error description

• OBJECT MANAGER / POSTSCRIPT FILE CANNOT BE
  DISPLAYED IN GSVIEW AND COREL DRAW.
  .
  SCENARIO:
  1) Open the Model in Enovia DMU Navigator.
  2) go to the Draft Tab.
  3) Click on Tools/Image Capture.
  4) Choose the vector Mode
  5) In capture options select Capture white in balck,
  white background.
  6) Click on OK, then click on Capture
  7) Click on save as icon and save the file as
  R14_direct.PS (post script)
  8) Then click on Album icon and then on open
  album.
  9) Right click on the capture and click on save as
  10) Save the files as R14_album.PS
  11) Open both the Files in GSview
  .
  OBSERVATION:
  The file saved through the album opens on Gsview
  correctly. The File saved directly does not contain
  the draw and opens blank in Gsview.
  .
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Both the files should display the contents when
  open in Gsview.

• Incident Diagnosis
  The PS files generated from capture/saveAs in R14
  gives blank display with GSView.
  .
  Correct Application
  In fact you should modify the GSView Display
  option to get the right display. The size of the PS
  when capture/save in used is 2364mm*1588mm
  (model size), as this size is big the GSView display
  parameters should be modified.
  In R14, via the album the size is mapped to A4
  size. So the ps size is of 192mmx110mm that is
  why the display is OK without changing the
  parameters.

  Hence when for save/as please modify the GSView
  display to accomodate the size.
  .
  In R17 the image is not mapped to A4 size but
  corresponding to the model for both save/ as and
  save through the album.
