Error description

• VaultCache : Cache write/read problem with more
  than two locations
  .
  Infrastructure overview :
  One EV5 server on SITE 1 and 2 others sites with a
  master vault and a cache vault for each site
  Each VaultCache is a cache of all VaultMaster
  .
  User create a document that is stored on
  VaultCache of SITE 1
  Automatically a dummy document is catch in
  VaultMaster of SITE 2
  Then a user located on SITE 3 open the document
  in EV5 and Send it to CV5.
  Document is copied in VaultCache of SITE 3 from
  VaultMaster of SITE 2 and copy the dummy file
  As a result in CV5 you get an error message :
  Document correctly extracted from ENOVIA Vault,
  but cannot be read in CATIA.
  Please, check the document integrity. The
  document is kept in:
  C:\DOCUME~1\xac\LOCALS~1\Temp\91903

  VERSION 5 RELEASE 17 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE

  V5R14SP10.
