Comments

  • Incident Diagnosis:
    External parameter not synchronized.
    .
    Correct Application:
It is a problem of contextual links. Lets consider
the Word document with Explanatory Data.
Steps 1 to 5 are OK.
For step 6 you have to do:
    1. Activate Part2_2_2_2(Part2.1)
    2. Create a new length parameter Length.1
    3. Edit Formula on the created parameter
    4. Pick the parameter External Parameters/H in part
Part1_2_2_2(Part1.1) And now all is OK. User
needs to pick the parameter External
    Parameters/H of Part1_2_2_2(Part1.1) because
    Part2_2_2_2(Part2.1) has an external reference
(Surface.1) which is contextual to Part1_2_2_2
    (Part1.1).
