  Incident Diagnosis
  Text height indicated by user may not be exactly
  taken into account for True Type Font visualization.
  .
  Restriction Explanation
  True Type Font are visualized using some Windows
  API that does not enable exact respect of text
  height when visualized in CATIA. Also, True Type
  Font can be visualized only on Windows OS (a
  substitution font is used to visualized texts on
  Unix OS).

  By-Pass
  Starting from V5R17, it is possible to use Open
  Type Font in CATIA, on all OS (Windows and Unix).
  True Type Font can be very simply used as Open
  Type Font.
  For example, just copy Arial.ttf to
  CATIA_install_directory/resources/font/TrueType,
  and rename it to Arial.otf
  In CATIA, you will now have access to Arial
  (OpenType), in addition to Arial (TrueType).
  Open Type Fonts are natively visualized by CATIA,
  with full respect of text height and width, and on
  all OS (Windows and Unix).
