• ELECTRICAL HARNESS INSTALLATION /
  PROTECTION NOT CREATED CORRECTLY WHEN
  BUNDLE SEGMENT IS REMOVED
  This problem is that when Bundle Segment is
  removed, protection is not created correctly.
  .
  Process
  1) Start CATIA
  2) Open the file : GBN.CATProduct.
  Workbench : Electrical Harness Assembly
  3) Select PROTECTION on the tree.
  4) Click Protective Covering icon.
  Instantiate Protective Covering dialog box is
  displayed.
  5) Select under Bundle Segment.1 on the
  Instantiate Protective Covering dialog box.
  6) Double-click End Extremity on the geometry
  area.
  Create Point on Curve dialog box is displayed.
  7) Input 50mm as Length: on the Create Point on
  Curve dialog box.
  8) Click OK on the Create Point on Curve dialog
  box.
  The length of  Protective Covering changes.
  9) Bundle Segment.1 is selected
  and the button of Remove is clicked,
  on the Instantiate Protective Covering dialog box.
  10) Click OK on the Instantiate Protective Covering
  dialog box.
  11) Click Update All (Ctrl+U) icon.
  Update Diagnosi:GBN dialog box is displayed
  and Protection is not created correctly. This is
  problem.
