  SCENARIO:
  - Build the provided CAA workspace,
  - Launch CATIA,
  - File/Open the provided CATProcess,
  - Go to Prismatic Machining Workbench,
  - Select DisplayTreeView button,
  - Move the mouse over the geometry,
  ---> Sometimes the geometry is selected (KO),
  ---> Sometimes the MachiningArea is selected (OK).

  Incident Diagnosis:
  Selection of MachiningArea Rep is incorrect
  .
  Correct Application:
  This error is due to NULMachinableTreeViewCmd
  being a CATCommand and no selection filter being
  used.
  .
  Currently since the NULMachinableTreeViewCmd is
  a CATCommand, it creates a new
  NULMachinableTreeViewPanel and then
  command 'dies'. Hence the selection then is not in
  the command context. It is a general rep selection
  and depending on the view, pick point, the
  machinable area rep or the underlying part rep is
  selected.

  NULMachinableTreeViewCmd should be a
  CATStateCommand so that the command is alive
  even after creating the TreeViewPanel and then a
  CATPathElementAgent selector can be assigned
  with ElementType filter as CAAIMachinableArea so
  that only the machinable area feature can be
  selected.
