Problem Description.
The information about the MKL library described in
the Infrastructure Installation Guide is not clear.
The levels mentioned in the documentation doesnot
match with the levels availble from the Intel site.
It is not clear enough if using latest MKL is OK with
V5.

Refer to the CATIA Analysis section of the Program
Directory R16 SP1 for Generative Part Structural
Analysis and Elfini Structural Analysis which specify
that MKL level 7 is supported
