  STEP BY STEP SCENARIO
  1. Start CATIA
  2. Open the CATPart provided
  (Workbench : "Functional Tolerancing &
  Annotation ")
  3. Click "Dimension.2" in the geometry.
  >>Manipulator of Dimension.2
  is displayed near the Dimension.2.
  4. Selecting the Manipulator which a picture shows
  by MB1, and Move in the direction of the
  Manipulator. >> Dimensions moved in the direction
  of right and left.
  5. This is the right behavior.
  6. Selecting the Manipulator which a picture shows
  by MB1, and Move in the direction of the
  Manipulator.
  >>Dimensions moved in the direction of up-and-
  down. >>>This is the right behavior.
  7. Select "Curvilinear Dimensions" icon.
  8. Click "Edge / Sketch.1 / Geometrical Set.1"
  in the geometry.
  >>Black Dimensions is displayed.
  9. Click the arbitrary positions on the geometry.
  >>"Dimensions.3" is created.
  10. Click "Dimension.3" in the geometry.
  >>Manipulator of Dimension.3
  is displayed near the Dimension.3.
  11. Selecting the Manipulator which a picture shows
  by MB1, and Move in the direction of the
  Manipulator.

  SUMMARY OF THE PROBLEM
  When the Manipulator of up-and-down movement
  was selected, Dimensions moved in the direction of
  right and left. When the Manipulator of right-and-
  left movement was selected, Dimensions moved in
  the direction of up-and-down.

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA
  VERSION
  5 RELEASE 16 GA level.

  THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE CODE THAT
  IS NOW FIXED.
  THE DIMENSIONS ARE NOW MOVED
  CORRECTLY.
